TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are travel consultants, and work also as trip organizer, we tercerize all the services in order to get the fairest rate of every one. We as organizers are NOT responsible of any personal injuries or baggage damages produced by any support service as cargos, lodgings, or any other third part services.
We are not responsible for additional costs and payments caused outside our control as passenger sickness, pregnancy, drunken state, etc. and/or external events as social, political, natural disasters, weather events including possible changes in flight schedules and events beyond our control may lead to changes in the itinerary without harm to the tour operator. If one of these events happens spends must be covered by passengers.
We reserve the right of acceptance or retirement of a passenger during the trip because any infringement of this document or bad behavior.
The itinerary schedule could change if necessary.
Biking, horseback, trekking or any other activity lessons are not provided, passengers accept to be skilled on activity chosen. The use of protective wear is mandatory.
Bikes and any other equipment of our property are subject to payments in case of damage during the use on trips.
MEALS, LODGING AND TRANSFER SERVICES
We recommend from basic lodgings. Rooms are twin or triple and include private bathrooms if available.
Single rooms’ need an additional payment, if not booked you’ll be lodged with another passenger.
Upgrades to first class hotels are available as request and if exist during the trip.
Accommodations are subject to availability at the moment of full payment.
Meals will depend on destination. Water is served in sealed bottles. Fruits and snacks will be buy locally.
Tell us if food must be chosen for people with allergy problems or vegetarian lifestyle.
Kind and size of transportation depend on the amount of passengers and kind of trail.
Guided tours that allow full vehicle support allow picking up tired bikers or bikes with mechanical problems.
Flat rates do not include local taxes. Estra payments are flight and/or ground transportation to starting points, health/travel insurances, rates for extra weight on personal equipment, meals not specified, other activities, entrance fees, accommodations and/or services not listed in travel plan, personal expenses, drinks and/or tips.
Passengers that bring their own equipment must bring them in perfect condition.
Each passenger is fully responsible of starting and ending point transportation.
We deliver rates by demand and are valid only for cash and money transfer payment.

PAYMENTS AND BOOKINGS
Fully supported trips multi day’s programs:
Bookings within 60 days before tour date with a 400 USD payment by money transfer per passenger.
Complete the payments 30 days before tour date in cash or wire transfer. No money back.
Half day trips
Bookings within 15 days before trip date with a 80 USD payment by money transfer per passenger.
Payments at 100% when trip starts in cash. No money back. In case we arrange some partial payment it should be done in cash locally.
One made the first deposit we pre book all the local services.
NO Money back of the amount paid to pre book the service.
Before 30 days, the 50% of the total trip cost amount.
NO money back within the previous 10 days of tour date.
No exceptions, including situations out of our control.
INSURANCES AND SAFETY
Each person must have his or her own health/accident insurance to cover expenses caused by any event and is solely responsible for his or her own integrity. We recommend taking a travel assistant card.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND BEHAVIOUR
The respect of local law, culture, and privacy of other members are included.
Very important follow the suggestions and advices of guides and/or tour conductor.
Ignore these recommendation is cause of bad behavior.
The passenger agrees to accept all the conditions of this document on the dates indicated and scheduled.

NOT reading or NOT sign this agreement by e-mail, is an acceptance of all the conditions of this document.
Long Trips Regular Conditions
Transportation. Guiding in Spanish or English.
In hotels. Double or triple rooms. Breakfast included.
Only snacks and water
Lunchs and dinners, drinks, personal expenses, travel and /or accident insurance, entrance tickets, other services or tours.
- Full payments within one month before tour date. No refunds after paid.
- Send email with names, passport number and a brief biking profile.
- One guide + assistant from 1 passenger. Each 5 people we add one extra assistant.
- Ask for extra services as shuttle services from/to airport in Lima. Hotels in Lima. Bike rent. Bike tours in Lima. Any other request.
- If you want to rent bikes, ask for availability.
- Our trips are planned considering services provided by local people, then, we don´t provide cooked meals, meals services are provided by small homestay owners, so if you have some preferences as vegetarian or limitations as allergies, please tell us in order to help you with your diet.
- Lodging or services provided by communities or small business owners, should be paid directly to the provider, so, you will pay a fair rate. In that case we will tell you before the amount to keep for.
